I Understand the Pressure That Leads to Burnout
Before stepping fully into coaching, I spent over 25 years in demanding corporate environments working closely with leaders and teams, navigating pressure, change, and constant expectations. I’ve seen the invisible load so many professional women carry, and I’ve also been close to the edge of burnout myself.
Burnout takes a toll in ways we don’t always notice at first, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Recovery is possible, and prevention is powerful. My role is to help you build habits, boundaries, and clarity before it becomes a breaking point or to support you in finding your way back if you’re already there.
