Meet Lauren!

Leadership & Life Coach, Engineering & Tech

After spending the first part of her career as an engineer and manager in manufacturing, Lauren now coaches women with technical backgrounds who are looking to unlock their greatest potential and generate a larger impact.

She became a Coach to help guide women to a place of empowerment and influence so they can find fulfillment in their technical careers, advocate for themselves, and drive innovation. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Business, and strong on-the-job Lean Six Sigma training, Lauren recognizes the significance of having tools for solving problems both at work and at home. Using the ithrive31 Coaching philosophy and methods, she helps clients identify limiting beliefs, and she works with them to create an action plan as they move forward.

BIG JOURNEYS BEGIN WITH

SMALL STEPS

We all need little pick-me-ups sometimes.?

While tools like journaling, meditation, exercise, etc. are incredibly helpful for a mental reset, sometimes we just need quick gentle reminders to reflect upon throughout our days.

This deck was designed specifically for women in engineering and technology, though others may find them valuable as well! After spending 31 days to complete the entire deck, it is recommended to leave them on your desk so you can draw one randomly whenever needed.
